Ingredients

  1. Boiled daliya -1 cup
  2. 1 Onion finely chopped
  3. 2-3 garlic
  4. 2 finely chopped tomatoes
  5. 1/4 cup boil chickpeas
  6. red chilli powder
  7. turmeric powder
  8. corinader powder
  9. salt to Taste
  10. few drops oil

Ingredients For Salad

  1. Available veggies
  2. Lemon juice
  3. Roasted cumin seeds
  4. Roasted powder flaxseeds

Method

Boil daliya in a pan or microwave – it will take 5-7 mins.

Boil chick peas (chole) in pressure cooker or in a pan.

Meanwhile in a pan take few drops of oil, add chopped garlic and onion, add chopped tomatoes – cook till softened. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder, add few drops of water and cook till Masala cooked well. Add boil chole and add salt to taste.

Salad – Rainbow bell pepper, sliced onion and tomatoes, red cabbage, lemon juice, roasted cumin seeds and roasted flax seeds.
