Multigrain pasta bruise

Ingredients

  1. Broccoli- 2 cups (blanched)
  2. Green beans – 6-8
  3. Carrot – 1 med
  4. Cabbage – 1/2 cup
  5. Onion – 1/2 chopped
  6. Cucumber- 1/2
  7. Tomatoes- 2 big
  8. Ginger + garlic (grated) – 1 tsp
  9. Green chilli – 1
  10. Tej patta – 1
  11. Black pepper- 2-3 crushed
  12. Cloves – 2-3 (crushed or whole)
  13. Boiled multigrain pasta – 1/2 cup (20 grams)
  14. Butter – 1 tsp (you can use oil as per your dietitian advise)
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Coriander leaves chopped

Method

Heat butter in a pan, add tej patta, pepper and cloves. Add ginger garlic and green chilli, sauté for few secs. Add chopped onion and sauté for 1 min. Add all vegetables and sauté for 4-5 mins. Add salt and tomatoes, cook until messy. Add 3 cups vegetable stock or hot water, mix well, cover it with a lid and cook for 15-20 mins (depending on consistency you like). Add boiled multigrain pasta and coriander leaves. Serve hot. You can add lemon juice as per your taste.
