Spinach, Apple, Banana Smoothie

  • Energy- 650 (if made with 100 ml coconut milk)
  • Energy- 450 (if made with 100 ml almond milk)

Ingredients

  1. 1 cucumber
  2. 10-12 leaves spinach
  3. 2 banana
  4. 1 apple
  5. 4-5 dates (remove seeds)

Method

Blend all the ingredients, add water or coconut milk or almond milk and serve with 1/2 tsp soaked chia seeds, roasted flax seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.
