Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 10-12 leaves spinach
- 2 banana
- 1 apple
- 4-5 dates (remove seeds)
Method
Blend all the ingredients, add water or coconut milk or almond milk and serve with 1/2 tsp soaked chia seeds, roasted flax seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.
